Bodelwyddan Community Centre Hall Booking

Please use the form below to book the hall. Details of what is included are shown below the form here. Hall bookings are £17 per hour.

Please book each hour required. For example if you want to book 2pm to 4pm you need to book 2pm and 3pm .This will take your booking 4pm.

Once form has been completed, booking clerk will approve your booking and email you within 3 working days to confirm and arrange payment. *Please note, for any last minute bookings ie under 1 weeks notice email direct to arrange. Emails are checked on a part time basis so please allow 3 working days and check your junk and spam folders.

Once your booking is confirmed and payment received, You will be contacted by email 12-24 hours before your booking and provided instructions with a key code for the lock box* Please check SPAM and JUNK folders ** It is important that you make sure you have received this email before you arrive at the hall as you will not be able to access the building.

Pay by BACS direct to the Town Council .

You Must put in the title of the email “Hall date of booking and times of booking” eg “hall 1.1.23 2pm to 4pm” failure to do so will mean we can’t match up your booking .

*Please dispose of your own rubbish and no banners/posters to be placed on the walls with cellotape or blue tac*
